Cheer tumbling is intended for athletes who are looking to further develop their tumbling skills. We will work on both walkovers and handsprings to establish a base to build a tumbling pass.

The front and back walkover clinic is for gymnasts in the intermediate levels who have already mastered a back limber. We will work on shaping and strengthening to help develop a better understanding of the walkovers.

The front and back hanspring clinic is for gymnasts in advanced intermediate or pre-team that have already mastered their walkovers. We will work on the drills and shapes necessary to do handsprings.

New camp opportunity! This camp is meant for any gymnast who is in the intermediate levels. We will focus on developing the skills learned in these classes by incorporating drills and strengthening.

This camp is intended for any gymanst who has advanced to the pre-team level. Emphasis will be put on drilling the skills necessary to advance to the competitive team.
