Spring practice for LFLF High School team

This class is for high school gymnasts to get off season training.

Kip clinics are intended for those gymnasts who are on pre-team or competitive team that have already mastered their bar basics. We will work on kip technique, strength, and drills to develop a better understadning of the skill.

This class is for those gymnasts who have mastered the intermediate levels and have advanced to pre-team. Skills required to be on the competitive team will be the main focus.
