Gymnastics Competitive Team
Tryouts are required for this level. Practices are twice a week to prepare for competition and develop skills. Routines are performed on each event to showcase gymnast's individual strengths. Students will compete with the Michigan Recreational Gymnastics League throughout the year.

1 Twinkling Stars
Students will work on rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. An emphasis is placed on body positions and safety.

2 Rising Stars
This class will introduce new skills. Front limbers, back kick over, handstand roll, and roundoff are the focus. Various skills must be mastered prior to advancing to the next class level.

Gymnastics Open Gym
4 Open Gym
Open gym is supervised non-instructional gym time designed for students to have fun in the gym. Open gym can be used to practice skills students are familiar with. Ages for summer Open Gym are 3 years to 18. Any participants under the age of 5 must be accompanied by and adult. Bring a friend and come have some fun in the gym.
