Linden Community Schools

Ages 7-9: your time to come is 7:00-8:00 p.m. Ages 10+: your time to come is 8:00-9:00 p.m. These classes are designed to provide the female athlete at all skill levels with specialized group & individual instruction. They will have the opportunity to develop all fundamental skills of catching & pitching: mechanics, form, drills and mental approach. Coaches and parents are encouraged to attend, help and learn. Catchers are FREE and encouraged to come! Must bring your own catcher. Soft indoor balls ONLY! (Easton Incrediballs)

Linden Community Education will be participating in the Genesee County Boys Jet League Travel Basketball Program for 4th-6th grade boys. The intent of this program is to provide the boys of Linden the opportunity to learn, at a young age, the fundamentals required in order to be competitive while playing basketball. Registration deadline is Nov. 26th, 2025. All registration must go through Linden Community Education Full payment of $125 is due at the time of registration Price includes a reversible team jersey Games will be on Saturdays from January through March Practice/game schedules will be available after team selection Expect practices to start first week of December We cannot run this program without the help of volunteer coaches. The Linden Indoor Track Club is for any 7th-12th grade current or aspiring track and field athlete wanting to prepare for the upcoming outdoor season. Join us to improve your speed, endurance, strength and explosiveness! We will have practices for all event groups (sprinting, jumping, distance and throws) so you can work on skills for specific events and work with our experienced and highly qualified coaching staff. Because this is a club sport, not a school sponsored varsity sport, we will run under the club name "Rooted Runners." The story of it's creation will be explained at the first practice on Dec. 1st! Once the roster is formed, a full schedule for each event group will be published. All club members will received a "Rooted Runners Track Club" competition jersey, a "Linden Speed" or "Linden Strong" t-shirt and be able to earn rubber "Speed Bands" when they hit each new MPH tier! Must be registered by Dec. 19th to be guaranteed a jersey and t-shirt.

The Linden Speed Club is open to ALL 7th-12th grade athletes who want to improve their speed and athletic performance! All sports benefit from speed and explosiveness, so come join us and by the end of this class, you will be sprinting faster and jumping higher in no time! No experience necessary, simply show up in athletic clothing/shoes and we will take care of the rest. All club members will receive a "Linden Speed" t-shirt and be able to earn rubber "Speed Bands" when they hit each new MPB tier! Must be registered by Dec. 19th to be guaranteed a t-shirt.

Sharpen your lacrosse skills for the coming spring. This program will focus on: stick skills, ball handling, movement, communication, agility, and speed.
