Please bring a a cutting board, chopping knife or mandolin, large bowl, wooden spoon and apron. Must be registered by Wednesday, July 29th

Discover the art of fermentation and why it’s been used for generations to support digestion and overall health. In this hands- on workshop, you’ll learn how to make simple fermented foods at home, no special equipment and experience required. We’ll cover the basics of fermentation, safety tips and easy recipes like sauerkraut and quick ferments that fit real life.
