Bring a friend and come have some fun at Open Gym.
Join instructor Gloria Zysk as she guides you through a slower pace class that focuses on alignment and breath, with modification for all levels. We will work on foundational poses designed to enhance strength, flexibility and balance. Mindful breath work and movement will ease stress and tension, helping to calm and ground the mind and body.
Please bring a mat and water and wear comfortable clothing!
