This class introduces the fundamentals of yoga, including basic poses, breathing techniques and gentle stretching to improve flexibility, balance and relaxation. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, increase mobility or simply to try something new, this course offers a low-pressure way to explore yoga at your own pace.

Please bring a mat and water and wear comfortable clothing!
