Price includes camp shirts for all players High schoolers receive a practice jersey & entry into all summer team camp events! Must be registered by May 16th to be guaranteed a t-shirt. If you register after May 16th, you will not be guaranteed at-shirt. Join us for an exciting basketball camp led by varsity head coach Brenden Miller and assistant coach Eli Beil, along with skilled players from LHS. Enhance your skills, learn new strategies and have fun with peers and coaches. Don’t miss out on this enriching experience! What to expect: 7th-12th graders: advanced strategies, transitions, small-sided games, scrimmages and more!

The instructor will guide students through fundamental jazz techniques, including proper alignment, footwork and basic rhythm patterns. The class will emphasize musicality, encouraging students to listen to the jazz rhythms and incorporate the swing feel into their movements. As the class progresses, students may start working on more complex patterns and short routines, building confidence in both their technique and their ability to perform in a group setting. The instructor will offer personalized feedback, ensuring each dancer develops proper technique while exploring their individual style within the jazz genre.

PRE-REQUISITES: Must have/be able to: Read and notate music Have minimal experience in singing or playing an instrument Own a device to record on (phone, laptop with microphone, etc) In this class, students will learn the basics of composing. This will include lectures on the basics of how to write melody and ideas, to instrumentation, to how to use recording software. Students will also be able to share the music with other students in the class with the possibility of a friends & family performance at the end of the course.
