Open gym is supervised non-instructional gym time designed for students to have fun in the gym. Open gym can be used to practice skills students are familiar with. Ages for summer Open Gym are 3 years to 18. Any participants under the age of 5 must be accompanied by and adult. Bring a friend and come have some fun in the gym.

Tryouts are required for this level. Practices are twice a week to prepare for competition and develop skills. Routines are performed on each event to showcase gymnast's individual strengths. Students will compete with the Michigan Recreational Gymnastics League throughout the year.

Yoga is for everyone! Join Kristen Wesley and unwind from your day with this all levels slow flow yoga class. Each class will be creatively sequenced to safely build strength, flexibility and mobility in the body while relieving stress and tension.

Certified Babysitter/CPR/Safe Home Alone
Youth Enrichment
Learn how to be safe and responsible, build confidence and have a competitive edge over other babysitters. Topics include first aid, when and how to call 911, CPR with manikin practice, choking and more! Students will also learn how to be safe and responsible when home alone, including the importance of not giving out personal information and what to do if somebody comes to the door. Students who successfully complete the course requirements will receive a certificate for Certified Babysitter/CPR/First Aid course by Live Safe Academy (valid for two years). To be certified, students must participate in the entire course from beginning to end and successfully complete all skills, which requires full motor function of all four extremities. No refunds or credit with less than 24-hour notice. If you need a medical exception, email Live Safe Academy at info@livesafeacademy.com before class. Bring a snack. Pen and paper for notes is optional. No cell phone use during class except during break. Please note that students must arrive on time to be certified, so please arrive up to 10 minutes early. Parents, this class is for students who are independent and responsible enough to be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of younger children without adult supervision. Please check in your student at the beginning of class. Drop off and pick up are in the same room as class. This class sometimes ends late, approximately 10 minutes. In this special March workshop just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, come join us as we create & build leprechaun traps, lanterns to search for leprechauns in those dark corners at home and our unique Green Leprechaun Snow Slime! Join us for a fun and educational evening out with friends, while parents get a well-deserved night out, too!

This class will train students in a more complex level of skills. Conditioning and flexibility are incorporated to prepare for more advanced gymnastics. Must have a solid front and back walkover to participate at this level. Front handspring and roundoff back handspring must be mastered for advancement from this level.

Linden/Fenton Schools high school "Heat" Girls Lacrosse in collaboration with Linden Youth Lacrosse, Fenton Area Schools and Linden Community Education is proud to announce "Junior Heat Girls Lacrosse"! This program will be led by Varsity Heat Coach Isabel Greene and Youth Coach Shari Luck for 6th-8th grade girls. The premise of this program is to introduce the sport and give young ladies an opportunity to participate and learn the game. Here is what to expect for the season: $200/player after March 3rd Practice 1-2 times per week Practices will be at Linden and/or Fenton fields as available Game schedule will be April-May, location and game days may vary with weekend games likely We are accepting middle school girls from Linden and Fenton Learn defense, attack, midfield and goalie positions

The exciting sport of lacrosse is now available in Linden for boys and girls in grades K-8! This is a great introduction to the fastest growing sport in a competitive and fun atmosphere. Early Bird registration fee: $200/player now through Jan. 26, 2025 $225/player afterJan. 26, 2025 Fee includes regular season games and tournaments Registration/equipment scholarships are available for qualifying families Must provide your own equipment (helmet, stick, gloves, shoulder pads).
